I didn't even have to show anyone your posts; I just had to explain why you're on foe. You're asking me to take PS and all Phatty-induced posters seriously. I really can't reward them with a worthy response until they up their game first. Otherwise, I'd be subsidizing stupidity.

Granted, they occasionally lapse from their Phat coma, and at this point I give them something worthy, test the response, and respond accordingly. PS has done this on several occasions. It's been about 6 months for Phat_Bottom; the results have been disappointing.


We must be careful in dealing with them. Contamination seems to be on the rise.

It seems to be common practice on this forum to sling poo at the person when you really disagree with them. Regardless of the points being made.

I'll grant you that. I haven't seen you posting in threads with him really. There may be a reason and you may want more respect given to him. But the point still stands that it is pretty common practice in this forum to behave that way.

You know, I would have been tempted to join this discussion, and add another view (and opinion) to the talking...but seeing all the bad feelings that this discussion is bringing up, and all the name calling that's going on, I don't really think I want to join.

If you guys want to actually have a discussion and talk about this, then the heated arguing is only destroying your chances of doing that. If you actually want to have a name-calling-fest (which I doubt any of you really do), please do it somewhere where other people don't have to run into it while looking for a practical and meaningful discussion.

When I was in high school and had free time we would go help out at the rescue mission nearby with serving food and what not. We also organized bringing sandwiches to a park with tons of homeless.
We were Christian. But I don't think that the Christian part is the important part of it. We are supposed to love each other regardless of our differences.

I agree that the Christian part isn't the important part...unless one is trying to make the point that only Christians did something (not you). Last year, my cadets did more than 4,000 hours of community service, much of it at places like homeless shelters, food banks and nursing homes. I had to be present for almost all of it, and so I obviously helped out too. I'm not what one would typically call religious in nature. <smile>
