MM10 after a vote has been made, the lynch is supposed to go through even if people try to "unvote" as the lynching vote would pull the trigger for it. Now if you're waiting on a governor or mayor etc it could vary as some mods let the mayor know what is lynched before they repeal the lynch while some don't.
