Just going to throw out the idea that anyone who reaches conq is a capable player on most settings, if you were to take away their preferred settings its not like they'd piss themselves and be a cook a week later. Not to mention 100 1v1's simultaneously would probably be very detrimental to your play as it's probably way too many games for most people to handle.
