-When you both win your attack game, you "switch sides" (so you get Brazil and oakleyshole gets Andy's Mountains).
-When you both win your defend game, all stays as it was.
-When 1 players wins both games he will have both territories.

Thanks. The "both win attacking" option is what I was wondering about, and also appears to be what will happen.
