Well... i was kinda joking, something i rarely ever do O:)
but since you were so kind to give such a nice reply, i will be serious for a moment...

Since the eagles head is facing LEFT, then it would be a Captain in the US Navy...
which is the equivalent of a Colonel in the Army, Marines, and the Air Force, whose head faces Right...
