But that's exactly what happened. MM got lynched, I investigated Syzygy and realized he was telling the truth, end of story for the vampires. But anyway, just look how many scum there were and how many pro-town. On top of that the cult. Even with MM staying alive town was sure to be screwed from the start.

You fool. My role let know who the mafia were in just two nights. And that's both factions.
And how many days and nights do you think it would have taken to get rid of all of them? And the cult had then all the time in the world to overpower the town. Your role's only purpose was to "balance" a game where scum was half of the starting players by being able to know a whole faction by night. How can you say this is balanced? Look at it this way: day 4 you could have in theory known all the factions. Assuming town only lynched/vig killed scum, there would still be enough members in one to overpower the town by day 6, simple as that.
