While waiting for these three to catch up and begin posting, I was gazing at their names and noticed that the first letters of each in order spell ... S-L-Y!!

Sly is a good word, one that escapes my vocabulary most of the time. It's neither scummy nor "townie". It means to be stealthy, surreptitious, clever or cunning. Hope they display all these talents when they finally get going!

Do we want to get into the details of the walkie talkie again? It is such an insignificant item that I'm not sure we want to banter about for more time than you already have. I guess in mafia hands out would be very useful to coordinate posting during the day...but for town, it's a gamble to trust the other player, unless both are confirmed town. If town wants me to confirm my understanding of the mechanics, I can...but it would not vary greatly from (name censored)'s description. My delivery of such details would be infinitely much better, though....

The main problem with Yumiel was that even if you gave the correct information he would still argue about it.

The WT was extremely useful for me because I was silenced. Its not that I trusted Pershy at first, I in fact was curious on how the person on the other end would act. Once we believed we could trust each other it was very beneficial.

At the end of the day the Mod told us that ONE of us had to surrender our half of the WT. We decided that Pershy would keep his.
I decided to give my half to Spiesr, which he has already conformed. The other problem Yumiel caused was that because he felt the item was useless then everyone must believe it useless. In his eyes it was unusable.

So yes in the grand scheme lets not get caught up in the WT. Granted it had a few restrictions but they were minimal> I am not going to try and figure out why Yumiel acted the way he did but he was extremely irrational. I have him on ignore so I wont see his posts. I think everyone should follow suite.

SO I think i read forty effin' five pages of this to try and get caught up. I took away from the situation that we should be glad that Pershy wasn't lynched the first day because he seems to have some sort of night power.

Also, I notice that jonty is in the game, but seems to not have posted in a while. Silenced or submarining on D3?

Lastly, how much time before the day ends?

Oh good this game is back on after all now. It's late now and I'm just catching up but I can confirm what IB says. And it's good to be able to have a conversation about it without stuff just flying around and being called liars and useless and stuff
I was the same as IB, at first I got messages and didn't know if I could trust the person on the other end of the line, but actually it's an awesome tool. It's like being masoned, but you can day chat as well. This was particularly useful as IB was silenced and that was the only way he could communicate. And as I've said he was spot on about Vodean and kept telling me to pressure Vodean which I agreed with.

Good to have you back Neb. Tmrw I'll read up properly and see who's replaced who.

Talking of silencing, someone must have been silenced for today as well and now we have replacements and stuff we should be able to figure out who.

Jonty was on VK or away. He has posted in other games. Because he has not posted does not mean he is silenced.

I do not want to be modkilled but I can say that being silenced does not happen all at once. It is like a time bomb. I had a limited number of posts before being silenced. I also had the power to vote, which I choose not to use. The device is designed to make one look scummy. I decided not to vote because if someone pressed me on it I would not be able to defend myself.

I had a limited number of posts when I was informed I was silenced.
