And I forgot to add. I held back on this info because of Yumiel. It would have been one more stupid thing to argue 30 pages on.

I do not want to be modkilled but I can say that being silenced does not happen all at once. It is like a time bomb. I had a limited number of posts before being silenced. I also had the power to vote, which I choose not to use. The device is designed to make one look scummy. I decided not to vote because if someone pressed me on it I would not be able to defend myself.

I had a limited number of posts when I was informed I was silenced.
Are you saying that the thing that silenced you was an item? If so, do you have it still? Do you control it? Or am I asking too much?

For what it is worth, I believe IB and pershy about the WT. Not much else to say about that.

If jonty is silenced and can only post a few times he may be waiting to see what happens before he makes any comment. The fact that he has posted elsewhere indicates he could be scummarining or be just waiting. So, only thing I can think of doing is to place some pressure in his direction and hope he gets the message ... so vote jonty

I have been so used to talking about how items work that's how it came out. I do suspect it was an item though because it was not a straight out "silence". There were rules in what I could and could not do. I do not know any "role" that operates like that. The item was used on me. We are playing "To many items mafia". I beleive that is what it is.

Were you targeted by this item or did you possess it? It matters because maybe we can shift to some research about why someone would do this to you.

As a completely different aside: notice the title of day 3 is silent night. Does that account for many players not posting? or am I reading in to the replacement delay and people just have to get their games back in order?

I had assumed this name was in reference to nobody dying last night.

Makes sense. I just wonder what kind of other items there may be. Hmmm...

I do not have said item. I was silenced night one. Yumiel and Vodean had tried to put pressure on me, in fact a mini band wagon formed on me. I was able to show Yomiel had no argument, LOL wich is really fruitless (joke). Vodean jumped on me as well.

It was night one I was silenced. I have no idea who did it but up until that point Vodean was on the top of my list as scum. I suspected I was silenced so I could be set up some how. Luckily I was given the WT when day 2 started.

I think Neb replaced Dazz. Is that right Neb?
Did you replace Yomiel Sam?

Well to get this moving and add pressure I shall second Hippo's motion and move my vote which was on Daz who was inactive to jonty has also been inactive and has some explaining to do.

Yes, I was away, and I didn't realise this game was back underway.

With the whole Yomiel issue, I can't see any leads. Just a load of murky waters. 72 hours until deadline, I estimate we can get a claim and a stand down but not much more.

Just a heads up that I'm currently rereading. I am up to page 30 right now. IB may have helped lead Pershy in the right direction towards lynching the GF, but I'm not convinced that he is town. He may have been a usurper that needed the GF out of the game. His reactions at the beginning of day 3 are suspicious as hell. Something doesn't sit right with me about edic either right now as / points on http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... &start=390
Yomiel/Neb is town although yomiel can't construct an argument to save her life.

No, that's fine, I think most of us realize the mechanics of the walkie talkie now.
Two people talk with it. (through crazy?)
one of the two has to give up their half.

One thing I can't recall, did anyone ever manage to answer my question of who had specifiacally received the walkie talkie halves on night two?

just for final summary

N1
neb w/ yom/neb 2.0

N2?

N3?

And I'm still in favor of pressuring Epitath for the reasons I was pushing earlier. ^^

Without pressing the point, two votes on you with a view to a claim but then / suggests that we look at Epi. What are your thought on that jonty? Not wanting to flop about irrationally but happy to move from jonty if there is a purpose to the exercise. Also, what does everyone else think of things, do we get a claim from jonty (as even jonty seemed to advocate ... lol) or do we follow / with his case on Epi (which really hasn't been answered fully)?

My final words on this, then I let it go:

1. I could NOT pick who received the WT.
2. I could say which one of the two holding the WT WOULD lose theirs.
3. I could NOT say "I have the Walkie Talkie."

Myself 2.0 should have had the WT on N2, as Neb gave his up. However, if I recall, Myself 2.0 stated that someone had stolen the item?

I lied...here's who has/had it...remember, this is a Day item. It passes hands at night.

D1
neb w/ yom/neb 2.0

D2?
Iron Butterfly/Pershy

D3?
Spiesr/ ???

D1, I chose to give mine up, while Myself 2.0 had it stolen. So, I think it's fair to question Iron or Pershy as to how they stole the 2nd WT? Could one of you two elaborate for us?

Also, Spiesr...who has the other WT?

Now, Epitaph has already confirmed that he has no item (at least at the present). While there may be more information that he has withheld thus far, I get the feeling that there won't be much more to his "claim." As such, I have to ask what are your exact goals with this "pressure." Where you hoping for a role claim, or are you ready to head straight to the lynch?
Nebuchadnezer wrote:Also, Spiesr...who has the other WT?
I believe, but of course can't be 100% certain, that it is Pershy.

There's only one vote on me, and I'm not going to claim at L-4 or L-5.

I don't see much in the Epi case, it seems like WIFOM at best.

Hmm ... a little bit sensitive there. You are saying the same thing I said but you sound all defensive on it. Not sure what that's about. I get your point about the Epi case. Any other suggestions or are you just cruising to night?
