Hate to say it but I think it needs to be dumped and you should start from scratch just doesn't have quite the same professionalism and quality that the maps coming out of the foundry have lately... Also to much dead space... might want to change what ever program your using to make your maps to something that can give a littleor a lot more quality.

neither. i suggest taking a break from map making and learn gimp really good. or even better switch to photoshop. after you learned how to use it come back and do a map.

until then all of your attempts will fail because the maps look ugly.

ok guys, i am re-opening this on vacation, when i am done with Japan i'll come back to this.

DC deserves better than this. I used to live on this map and it saddens me that its so ugly.

I've visited DC, where did you live that it wasn't ugly? (Wow this is off topic, nevermind...)

I actually don't want to see this picked back up. I know if you make it we'll take it has been how things are going, but the United States has been really overdone, and I think more countries or regions would be more deserving of the coverage.

So do you think a map of London, Berlin, Madrid, Etc would be better.
