I believe he was technically busted as a multi, but the first offense allows you to upgrade one of the accounts to premium while dropping the other. This is what happened here.

Most people are assumed to re-premium their original a/c, but the email I received made no stipulation of that.

I also think it's very important that at no time have I ever denied the nature of my accounts.
