Usergroups/Clans have always been a privilege at Conquer Club, and if the privilege is abused it can be removed.
Because of Kotaro's Usergroup Privilege Abuse and Solicitation, we've removed their leadership powers in all Usergroups. Kotaro will be unable to lead a usergroup indefinitely.
As mentioned, the membership of the Usergroup has been roughly restored to its original user base.
Due to the Minor Infraction history of Kotaro already have 2 Infraction, the next level is a 72 hour Forum Vacation.
