When first introduced, this suggestion was to compensate for the lack of an invite system and allowing you to get your desired teammates while keeping the game open to all others, without having to rush against the clock
Now, it isn't as relevant, but it still may be considered useful for private games that are not filling well. This may be implemented when the following points are reached
- Set player/team limit (i.e. Once my team is full)
- Time limit (i.e. 24 hours)
- A "button" available to the host being activated
