If you are in jail nothing can get to you unless some very special PR.

If the mafia has for example a "Strongman" (a special killing ability that pierces all protection), they can kill that target when jailed.

Otherwise, standard rules = jailed = 100% safe from death that night.

If Jail Keeper is killed then the one who inside jail remain to inside and protected from outside actions ?
Or
Onece Jail Keeper died the one who inside jail escaped ?

Think of the jailkeeper (JK) exactly as the person who sends somebody to jail.

That jailing does two things at once:

Protects the target from being killed that night (like a Doctor).

Blocks the target from using any night actions (like a Roleblocker).

Because you have to imagine if your the JK target you find yourself locked in jail so nobody else can visit and harm you, but you can't go out and visit anybody either being locked up.

Then the jail is locked or unlocked ?
After Darin was killed can someone visit Halrob Who is in Jail ?

Think of it this way: if the jailkeeper is killed then whoever he jailed is set free because there is nobody left to keep him in jail.

That way you also understand best why the JK can never self target (lock himself up).

Ah Ok. I asked it because I am thinking about that Ragian is jailed locked in and after Darin put Ragian in to Jail Darin was killed and the Jail is still locked so that Ragian cannot come outside jail becuase threre is nobody to open the jail door and Ragian is in Jail even now at day time.

I thought about that possibility because Ragian who usually active in posting has not made any reply on D-2 yet.

No im waiting on Ragian and especially Kingm (DDS) myself.

But understanding the JK is very important right now because next to being a doc and roleblocker it's also a semi-cop. If the JK locks somebody up the target can't kill anymore.. So a 3P SK (lone wolf) would instantly be busted. Basically it says IF Darin jailed Ragian then Ragian is not the SK (because we had 2 kills overnight) IF there is a 3P lone wolf SK.

Might seem farfetched explaining this way to why its important but i was thinking Ragian to be 3P SK D1.

Still wanna hear Halrob first on his "higher authorities" claim. Only Darin would explain that to me.

The only way an investigation can be blocked is from an authority above my status, so the question is, why was my request to investigate Ragian blocked.
He is either an important town official who must remain incognito or he is a high ranking mafia or the assassin.
I was called out for being silent at the beginning, I was forced to reveal my status so it stands to reason we need to hear from Ragian and for him to come clean

A JK can block your abilities if you (and anyone else for that matter) were to put into jail. Therefore JK can be considered as high-authority.

It was a hunch, he was keen to call me out and to divulge my role in the town, also he diverted attention from himself by summarising other members of the group, I can only investigate one person at a time, you were high on my list Chan but in the end I moved on Ragian.
Regardless of where his allegiance lies its significant that my questions were blocked.
If I survive D2 then others will come under the microscope. Obviously anyone calling for my lynching will have to be suspect of being Mafia as already we have lost the jailer and one townie.

The inconsinstencies DDS had are also seemingly contagious but in a inverted way. DDS said he had no time to be in here but he was browsing big time.. You said you would be very active this time but your staying silent as hell here.

And since chances are big we have an SK on our hands who probably wants to coast along as long as possible (since their wincon is just surviving to endgame), we should look closely at people who are just coasting without actually doing any scumhunting...like someone who’s trying hard just to blend in and avoid any heat. Do you know anybody like that in here?
