What evidence do we have that Pixar is able to kill (except for now with his newly awarded shank)? It adds up that he would have a shank given to him by Josh who is now silenced and who gave me a shank earlier. I know that him giving me a shank earlier isn't corroborated by him, but him saying "shank you" earlier is like a broad hint (in Denmark, we say, "A hint with a wagon pole").

Why would you want a person able to give out whatever you have to out themselves? Surely, that would make them a target for the night (for scum and any 3rd party out there...in here).

If Josh is handing out multiple shanks, he could potentially have a separate win condition of hoping everyone kills each other to be the last standing. But I think that is a niche case and there's likely only 1 shank, the rest is smoke and mirrors.

he was telling he sent me a message and I didn't receive any message night 2.

In past games, I've seen Busdriver, Deflector, and Redirector roles that would change a target from one player to another. I don't see these roles in Mafia.gg, but anything is possible. This could also explain why Josh may have unintentionally visited Pixar last night.

DON'T mention it in order to get town cred, but if you protected someone tonight, there's a chance that that someone was targeted by mafia. That means that you can safely assume that the person you protected is non-mafia (can't rule out third party). Anyway, you can lean towards that person (but do it secretly).

Not necessarily. Some kind of Jailer role could have protected a town player, or it could have prevented a scum player from making his kill.

And Ragian, that's very true. That would be a pretty slick play to frame Pixar like that and I'm jumping to conclusions too fast.

Something I'm starting to realize is we're all getting absolutely WORKED by at least 1 Mafia player, because there's at least 2 left, and I doubt those 2 are exactly Pixar and Pepe. So, almost certainly, there's at least 1 Scum still here who has gotten virtually zero heat and is hiding very well.

It wasn't Josh handing out shanks, it was me. But maybe he tried to use one on pixar, though that wouldn't make much sense since he stated that he couldn't be night killed, and everyone who visits him gets silenced.

Oh, for crying out loud. I've jumped to conclusion, too. I thought him saying "shank you" was him trying to see if the receiver would bite. Of course, it makes more sense to say "shank you" if you've received something. That changes things a bit. You never handed the shank to Pix; Josh must have dropped it.

My thought on pixar is that it's true that he's a ghost. It fits with people's hair turning white and being unable to speak after visiting him, and being unable to night kill him.
Based on that, and that he was here before the rest of us arrived, I think it's more likely that he's third party than town. I don't know if there's a "standard" way to deal with 3rd party. Back in the Harry Potter game, I was strongly in favor of an early lynch of an admitted 3rd party, (at least it would have been a lynch that we know was not town) but couldn't get it done. The 3rd party was able to win with the scum, and screwed the town in the end.

On the other hand, I agree with him that he did not have to say that he got the shank. Even if Josh intentionally visited him, he would not necessarily have known what happened to it.

I only know that something nefarious involving Pixar happened during Night 1, that he's still alive, and that I was thereafter silenced. Nothing else.
