pretty obvious that these two have something going on as they have-not attacked each other all game and borders are defended with ones.which is ok i suppose but not in secret.look at the log and at this wall entry which proves intent to conduct secret diplomacy in another instance with Blue olive.:
also see jay1970 wall attempt to conduct secret diplomacy in the past.
I added blue olive also i dont know what game they were conspiring with Fred 7777 in as their wall is empty.
