timtheterminator and the blackmage - multi [Busted +1]

Neither player attacked one another. These two players either have a secret alliance or its a multi account

they are both relatively new players but they've played in a few games together.

in this game (in which i wasnt involved) one of them suggested an alliance.

i sent in a ticket from the Help menu.
How long should i expect a response?

Also, now they claim to be brothers
they joined another game together and the one declared both accounts were in an alliance. this was an escalating game. how can anyone justify an alliance in an escalating game?
i left them both negative feedback and they both have the same response, which indicates one person cut and pasted.

please research these accounts. he/they are obviously cheating
