omega gamer had a simple change to break HELLS ANGEL's bonus and prededed to weaken themselves in Europe instead, thus handing Europe to HELLS ANGEL next turn

Do we get to know what criteria you use to clear them? This isn't the first time HELLS ANGEL has been accused.

Several factors and none added up. HELLS ANGEL was cleared of the accusation from before also.
