Personally, I don't think they are multis, but they have to be friends in some sort of way. They play way tooo many 1v1 games against each other for it to be otherwise. There should be at least a block in place for them.

Yes, they could be friends based from the games they played together so far, but that does not mean they are automatically guilty of a secret alliance when they play against other players. Based from this game you are in with them right now, I think you three are playing fairly and they are treating each other as opponents. It could go down to one guy taking the risk to either winning the game or handing it over. I'll mark this cleared and noted.
