I think the colors should be toned down a bit, the contrast decreased. Enough so they can be distinguished, but enough so that they don't clash too much.

About the logo- it should look like something that can be printed on a shopping bag, or something that can be made into a neon sign. No textures or gradients, just solid colors. Where gradients would be useful is on the walkways, to make a smooth transition from one color to another. You might want to put an asphalt texture on the gray outside and drop the gradient, so it looks like a real parking lot. And if there's anything you can do about those pixel people, please do it. :lol:

I'll comment on gameplay later. ;)

if your gonna choose red make it darker so you can see the CC symbol

Your name should not be the most readable part of the logo. The unidentifiable texture also does not work. And make the Departmental Bonus white, since the black and red mottled bit looks messy and is hard to read.

It needs a bold, clear title, more like -

Think of something like Home Depot, London Drugs, Safeway, Save-On Foods, Walmart. They have very simple logos, one or two colours, but are instantly recognizable.

Also, many of your titles and army circles are not centered on their rectangular territories.

In the asphalt there is a very distinctive pattern. That doesn't look very realistic. I suggest that you increase the scale of the texture and make it into something more "grainy". Maybe add some noise to that layer. Thicken the yellow lines too, they are too thin imo. Then you can take away the glow and they will still stand out enough. Also, why do the spaces at the bottom have "P" in them? :?

Cause I was giving a partial look of what it looked like with and without :S

Should I take the P's out? and just leave the handicap spots? like in regular mall type parking lots you don't see the P
