New chat notification in central command game tab heading

• would be kind of neat to see a new chat notification on your games list

Specifics/Details:

• i dont make codes but what little i know, seems like it would be easy to implement

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• i just think it would be a nice common sense addition however unnecessary it actually is.

it would come in handy especially if it was added by the enter buttons when on the home page

It will be easy only if the game tracks when was the last time you have opened the game(I don't think it is tracking that one at the moment)

But if in memory database(like redis) is being used for this feature it will be both useful and cost-efficient.
