I was in the process of typing out a lengthy response, but after reviewing what I had typed, I realized that this really isn't any of my business, either. I deleted most of my response in an effort to avoid any complications regarding my thoughts. Unfortunately, I can't keep my mouth totally shut, so I'll say this:
I don't believe most of the Horsemen knew about Natascha's application.
If it had been an officially consideration, everyone in the clan would have received some pms about it.
For better or worse, some of the THOTA higher-ups decided that Natascha was not good enough to be a necessary immediate add, and therefore decided to postpone the discussion of her application until a time when the clan was less busy.
While I fully respect and support their decision, I think that they may have made a mistake in not contacting Natascha with regard to the postponement of her application. It would have been courteous to at least let her know that it would be many months until the clan seriously looked into her application.
If I am wrong, and most of the THOTA members were contacted about Natascha's application, or if Natascha was contacted about the postponement of her application, please correct me.
Additionally.
Natascha is inferring things from the fact that she was told that the clan is "too busy," and she is right to do so.
I'll use an extreme case to make my point... since everyone seems to love Seulessliathan

...
If Seul wanted to join THOTA, I'm sure we would get him in very quickly, no questions asked.
Therefore, Natascha is correct, in a way, to take her rejection as an insult.
If she considers herself one of the top few players on CC, then I can understand her being miffed.
But the sad fact is, even great players usually have to wait awhile before they are seriously considered and allowed in.
Only the very best go straight-in.
Yes, you could say that the process is... inefficient. It has been discussed before, many times over. We're still working on it.
I would tell you to not take it personally, Natascha, but how can you not? It is a very personal thing.
I think you need to look at it from this perspective: Only the very best on CC go straight-in.
Obviously, you are not considered the very best by the THOTA higher-ups who made this decision.
Therefore, you have to wait it out, like the rest of us mere mortals who were scrutinized over the period of several months (or years).
Trust that we'll eventually get to you and give you a fair shot, or at least a good reason for declining you (documented mistakes in gameplay).
And know that a thread has popped up, and that you are being discussed now.
... And here I thought I was going to keep it short and wasn't going to get into other peoples' business... aw, hell... sorry guys

I really have to learn to keep my mouth shut
p.s. New high score!
