Firefox issue " if one is stuck, try to Reset Panels at the

When trying to play with Firefox I get the message " if one is stuck, try to Reset Panels at the bottom of the page". I don't see this possibility


Operating System: Windows
Browser: Firefox
Scripts/third party programs used: tampermonkey

You should now see the link in the footer. Click on that and you should be ok (happened to me and the link is necessary to recover)
