This is the wrong place for it....it should really be put over in general discussion in the Q and A section. But i would suggest that rather than pming him/her with the plans try and just pm them saying to read the game chat...it will avoid any undue accusations.

I don't see why not but I'll wait for Lance to confirm. It's probably easier to nudge them on their wall ("See game chat in game XYZ").

yeah that's no problem. I have in the past PM'd or wrote on someones wall to "please check the gamechat before they take their turn in Game such & such"

Im not talking about the game out of the forum provided in the game chat where everyone can read my intentions so it is ok. Some players have gotten annoyed in the past by other players and choose not to read the game chat in a game so giving them a friendly reminder to check it doesn't cross any rules.
