Take a closer look, and it will tell you a lot:

Cross-Map Achievement
Awarded to members that defeated 5 unique opponents on each of X maps. Bronze=20, Silver=40, Gold=60.

The instructions page + the medals page will tell you everything there is to tell. If that isn't enough then I guess you're out of luck tbh.
