Scoring

Hello,

I am sure that I am missing it but I did a search and looked through everything and have missed it. So, I thought I would ask and someone can point me to the right place. Where is the information on scoring? I ask because I have been playing some games and find the scoring odd. For example, I have finished a game where I took out a couple of players and then lost overall. I expect not to have the most points because I did lose overall. But when you look at the scoring, it says things like Player X lost X, points Player Y lost X points and Player Jesterhawk lost X+5 (or more) points. How did I take out more to most players and lose more points then everyone else. So, I figured I missed something in the scoring rules and was going to look it up so I can better understand how to play my games but can not find it. Please point me in the right direction.

Score

Conquer Club members are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.


Depending on the game settings, your story is not unusual.

If you play terminator, you gain points for every player you eliminate, regardless of who wins the game.

If you play any other format, winner takes all.

In team games, they add the teams together and then do the math.
