First, you create a post. Second, you get some windex, and spray it on your screen. Then, using a clean rag, wipe off the windex. Repeat until you've removed the post. Might take some time, be prepared to expend a lot of energy.

Another way is to just turn off your computer, but that tends to get rid of more than just the post.

If you mean how do you delete a post in the forum, like the one you are reading, there is a little "x" to the left of the button that says "edit". That x will let you delete it, but only if it was the last post on that thread. Otherwise you can edit it and just delete everything, or change it. You can also edit the title of the thread if you started it.
