Is threatening to suicide into the first person who attacks you a reportable offense?

Not if it's the only time they've attempted it. However, it might be worth your time to look to see if this is a consistent strategy the player is using. If it IS something they've done on a somewhat consistent basis, THEN it might be worth reporting, yes.
...I prefer a man who will burn the flag and then wrap himself in the Constitution to a man who will burn the Constitution and then wrap himself in the flag.
