In the case of terminator, does it mean beat 30 people in terminator, or does it mean eliminate 30 people, and speed medals: does it mean eliminate 30 people in speed standrd games, speed team games, assasins or whatever?

It's 20, not 30. For terminator, you have to win the game to get points towards the medal. You could play an 8-man, wipe only the second to last person, and still get 7 points towards the medal. You could also wipe 6 people, then the last remaining opponent wipes you, and you get 0 points towards the medal.

I don't play many speed games, so I don't have the answer for that one.
