once it is started u have to be eliminated or u have to finish the game if it 1v1. if it is started then u cant leave the game

There would be less deadbeats if you add a forfeit option.

Most of the time there is, but there are times when the game just drags like with 8 people or others dead beat. Then there are games where I know I am going to lose and to avoid two day sof useless moves its just better to end the pain early.
Then there are games when the victor decides to test how to play the game or wants me to wait and suffer then its just better to surrender so they dont get the satisfaction of seeing a slow death or study the map on my time.

If someone is doing that to you, you should report them via e-ticket or in the Cheating & Abuse forum for holding you hostage. Players are not allowed to prolong a game by refusing to take out the last remaining army.
