I heard he was pimping out Clapper, Insomnia Red, and Jennifer Marie and Cc got all bent out of shape about it. As if he was actually trying to pander money off of this site just because his name happens to be pimpdave. He was merely trying to raise the monies to help his dear mom who has a spinal condition.

Sure, but they'd still be forum vacationed.

uh.. no. I am pretty sure that if they have once been banned, they are banned if they are rediscovered.

PLAYER57832 wrote:Posted here because the idea is still rough.
Idea:
When someone is perma-banned for FORUM or chat abuse (only -- that is, no cheaters, no "I was a complete jerk to administration", no one making serious threats, etc.), a group of users could petition to have the person reinstated. The matter would be put for a vote in the main forum (currently named Turtle Soup ;) ).

I don't care for the idea myself, but the one thing I do like about it a lot is that you're thinking outside the box. Typically, that's the road to finding the best compromises.[/quote]

That's why I posted it here instead of Suggs and Bugs... I as not entirely happy with it myself, but could not think of anything better. Any other ideas?

How is that not what I said? I used the term "forum vacationed" because that's the term TheBro used, and it seemed more accurate because it Could apply both to short vacations as well as the long ones (including a permanent forum ban), but other than the term I used...

seriously... are you really going to try and state this as fact when any forum regular can easily name at least 4-5 members that have violated this policy and are still around after multiple purchases? really? are you going to hang your hat on that? because it isn't true. you have max, and that is about it. and truth be told, max is still here!!-0
