walkena PMed me saying a another player has 20 armies stacked and and asked me to attack. Would that be considered secret diplomacy?

I think so, all talk about the game must be in the gamechat. But as long as you guys aren't making truces, it should be fine as long as you don't do it again. Have him read this too.
