Feedback section in player profiles.

Hello fellas, a question there is i always wondered why, and in some way i did not ask to anybody to now.
Question is, why FEEDBACK section is unfunctional right now, but once it was working ?
Full and correct answers will be appreciated.

These bs star ratings used to be Feedback instead, where people just typed in what they thought of the player, and then put either "positive, negative, or neutral" as a definition of the comment.

Then it got replaced by Ratings, and that is shitty, because people would abuse the "Feedback" by swearing and flaming, but instead of putting in any actual effort, TeamCC just got rid of it and put in a shittier, more easily abused system.

Feedback is an old system we used. Lack disabled it when we switched over to Ratings, but left it viewable in profiles of people who were around during the time of Feedback. He mentioned long ago that after a duration of time, he may remove the old Feedback information.

Positive What a fighter! His partner went down on the 2nd round, but he gave up a huge fight for additional 10 rounds, and was not too far from winning

Unfortunately enough abuse happened that it made it unruly and often inaccurate.

well, long ago twill stated that they were going to transfer the feedback to our walls, so we would not lose them. however, twill is gone, and that has yet to happen. i doubt it is a top priority. and yes, andy is correct, everyone seems to forget the endless string/threads of complaints about feedback, that were on a daily basis...-0

but O... its exactly the same with unfair 1 star ratings dragging down averages etc. at least with the feedback you could gauge its merit via who was supplying it!

It's so much easier to abuse the current ratings system (I'm guessing) as opposed to the old feedback system. It's a shame I missed out on it to be honest, but oh well, less work load and more laziness proven for our gracious, kind, grateful, and generous administrators!!!

to be honest, I like the new system much better... the old one took a ton of my time... and I had to be a damn saint to maintain the pos to neg ratio.

Now I can keep my 4.8 which is fine, and still speak my mind when I have to. Further, I find the ratings are very useful for any person with a long enough duration, and are almost always accurate as to what youd expect from behavior.

The only real failing of the ratings, is that the new player, can have a very low rating that realistically they do not deserve. One bad rating out of a few, drops their rating number so low, that they look like an unsavory character...when they are probably just a victim of someone giving a bad rating, or simply being new.

Ive mentioned this far more times than I should have, but Im hoping eventually something will be done...only because its not fair to the new player. I know half the reason I liked this game was the pos feedbacks. I got many, very quickly....mostly because I took the time to write out so many....the most on the site I believe at nearly 13 pages of them as I recall...but maybe more.
