that doesn't really address the accusation made by Kotaro that this is an offense. a quick fix is great, but it does not undo what Kotaro is alleging and quite convincingly proving... the fact that people were able to drop from his group and are not able to do so with this group, seems to add some weight to his claim...-0

p.s.-just saw you do this for colton in a thread... you are like a traveling magician today!!!

Kotaro wrote:You want some "straight facts"?

Fact - Jammyjames did not have the permission to consent for other users, whether or not he leads a Clan they are in.

Fact - Since Jammyjames did not have that permission, he could not give it to you, and therefore, no consent was given when you added these users to your new list, and I can assure you that not only 1, but 3 of these users do not want to be in your group. (I'm having them each submit an e-ticket for removal).

Fact - Ignorance does not get you around the rules. "I didn't know I couldn't have a multi" doesn't work, and neither does "jammyjames said I could".

Fact - Under not 1, but 2 precedents, adding anyone to a usergroup without their permission is a perma-ban from leading any clans.

Look, i dont know what you are trying to accomplish here, but i was not asked if i wanted to lead DLPP, i was forced into the role, i do not know the rules on leading a clan or any of that, if those members really want out, just have them pm me and say so, that is totally fine with me if they dont want in i dont want them in. Kotaro what are you saying? that i did something wrong, jammyjames lied to me, its on him, not me. and you did something that was worth a perma ban to lead clans, you dont just add 1000 people to a clan, that is stupid. I would appreciate it if you would lay off, i really dont know what im doing with the clan, it was a huge huge load dropped on me at a time where i cant really do it alone, i have football, school, homework among other things im trying to balance out. The last thing i need is for you to be a total pain in the Arse. this isnt about what i did, u are thowing a hissy fit because you did something stupid and got punished for it, accept your responsibility and move on.

Any punishment would be handed out by admin. Let's all move on people.

um, but it is pretty big... you just don't seem to grasp it, and others seem to want to avoid dealing with it by "moving along"... this should be seriously looked at. you can't perma-ban someone from leading any groups for adding members to a group they could drop at will, and not punish others for adding people to groups that they are unable to drop without mod intervention. kotaro has stated what is wrong with this and how it is a violation of the rules quite clearly. if JP feels he needs to take to C&A to have it looked at, he should just say that and then we could all move along... but the issue is far from resolved, and i believe kotaro has several valid points.

first, nice flames... and this is about what you did. a busy schedule is no excuse for violating the rules. tick bites are acceptable, but not school or work load. many of us run our own businesses and have 1 or more children... it just doesn't cut the mustard to say you broke a rule because you were overwhelmed with school work... however, i do agree with one thing you said... YOU DID SOMETHING STUPID, ACCEPT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND MOVE ON. if this is how you feel for kotaro's case, why not for your own? ahhh, school work.. i almost forgot...-0

p.s.-keep the flames at bay. kotaro is cementing a pretty clear cut case against what happened, and he isn't name calling... i suggest you do the same.

p.p.s.-is this going to be "different rules for different members", again?

technically, kotaro's points are valid, but they mean nothing to the admins in a petty gd thread. he should make a c&a thread to really get the point across.

to shed some light on this topic, i sent over a pm to everyone within Exictium about this merger, and got a few replys, one of which was not laxguy, he has yet to even mention anything about it, i mentioned we would be merging and what everyone thought, some did not reply to this so i assumed they would be fine with it.

and kotaro, shut up, your just angry because you left the clan just before this happened. i messaged both jpcloet to say about the clan league and i put in an e-ticket to say that the clan is social. i do not see any problems just kotaro trying to make them... why not let lax speak up then kotaro?? you seem to be his voice.

the manner in which you are attacking kotaro for bringing up a valid complaing against a pretty clear cut rule violation, is sad. your continued flaming of him alone is enough for an official warning. and guess what, there is a problem and kotaro outlined it, you just don't seem to be able to GRASP what the issue is. again, this is about to turn into different rules for different members. if nothing is done, i would suggest kotaro go to C&A to have this looked at, since this issue is not being dealt with seriously withing this thread. there is just continued flaming and baiting of kotaro, despite the fact that he has not stooped to any of your levels and has outlined his complaint and reasons for his complaint very clearly. none of you have disputed his claims with anything valid. you just continue to flame and bait him and hide behind the defenses of, "i didn't know it was against the rules" and "i was overloaded with school work and football." those are not valid reasons for breaking this rule as kotaro has outlined it... stop flaming, and just deal with the fact that you violated the rules, and your friends are protecting you.-0

No witty remark about the Book Club and their standards? I'm slightly disappointed.

I'm not overall surprised - although I find it laughable that jammyjames thinks I'm made because I'm not a "Dragon Lazorz Pew Pew", yet rather, part of a CLA League 1 clan instead.

No, laxguy has not mentioned it - he has yet to even come to the forums to look at Myth's private forum. He's not a forum go'er - he hates the vast majority of stupid people, and cheaters, so as such, he avoids anything related to DLPP and this forum in general.

And don't be shocked if Ex-ex members start leaving your group.

Following the DLPP slogan - Cheat, Troll, and Flame, that's how you do.

Can this be locked? Admins are already looking into it.

nah anyway on topic now, fair enough to kotaro for bringing his point up like he did, valid point, however has all been resolved, anyone that still feels they do not wish to be in DLPP can message either myself, jdw35 or put in an e-ticket and be removed instantly. sorry for any inconvenience to anyone.

it has not been resolved, you broke a rule and there should be a consequence. kotaro was given the death sentence for doing the same thing you just did. all of his points are valid and it should be looked into. to you it is "resolved" because you don't want any actions taken against you. guess what, it doesn't work that way. you messed up, now deal with the consequences whatever they may be.-0

yeah because i saw in excess of 100 people added??
kotaro never consulted the players.. I did

simple... ill even send who is dealing with this the pm i sent everyone?

and think about how pathetic this really is, i lead a clan, decide to fold the clan and merge with another clan, i send a message to all users asking about this, waited a day and then moved it over. i see nothing wrong owen?
