Whats up with that?

I want to hear other peoples' comments about this. What is up with Conquer Club scores lowering? The Conquerer used to be around 6000. Now he is around 4200 and still the same person in conquerer. There are only 2 other feild marshals. There used to be around 20 and they are dropping like flies. I guess the lower ranks are stepping up and winning some games. Good for them! I am sick of these cocky high-ranked people who thank they are better than other people. I just wonder how long this lasts!

Ya i get that. But does that really make THAT much of a difference? I mean, I am a freestyle plaayer also but I did'nt realize that it made that much of a difference.

it takes alot of demand to maintain a high score. You have to play a certain type of game you always win at and thats it. They risk usually 70+ points every time they play someone and for little gain. The freestyle double turn obviously would of pegged them back a bit but they Im sure they still have the ability to go high again. Some just want to play any game against anyone and have fun

There have only been a total of 13 Field Marshals in the entire history of cc, so I think that your "20 FM at one time" figure is a little off base.

This theory has been debunked repeatedly. Points made off of the double turn represented a tiny fraction of my point total.

When I was up over 5000 points I was extremely disciplined with respect to the games that I played. I never had more than 3 or 4 active games. I dropped points because I decided to loosen up & play more "fun" type games.

Im sure that you will see some record breaking scores again...I heard a rumor that someone is gonna try for 7K.

noob farming and double turning are a no no now. See my high score thread asking why the top players have dropped in points since these rules went into effect.
