my intentions weren't for this to go off topic with members openly baiting and flaming other members.. it was to get a simple answer to a simple question, which still remains unanswered. just seems that when you request the communities input for a committee, then ignore their suggestion because they do not fall into goose step with what your ideas about the committee are; perhaps you should heed the communities nominations because they might know the forums a little better than you do... anyone can browse through this thread and see who the top 5 suggestions were, i doubt any of them were contacted. and i don't understand the combative nature of a certain admin within this thread when a simple question about this entire project was asked. perhaps in the future when something is implemented we can be told that this un-named committee had a hand in it, so we can better understand what exactly it was that we were giving nominations for... it was just a simple question about the request within this thread, and it was met with the expected obtuse answer... i am sorry for dredging this up...-0

great nominations jefjef... too bad we'll never know what has become of this... i mean, asking for public nominations, doesn't mean the process or the results are going to be public.. and again, i can tell you that most of the leading nominees in this thread were never contacted... it seems as if once again CC misjudged what it is "the community" sees as it's leadership within the forums, and the results of this thread were not what were expected. kind of like the great move of shuffling the forums to increase traffic to lesser visited areas. *cough*... oh well, i hope the big robot isn't left wondering why people don't contribute to an idea like this in the future when he reaches out to "the community"...-0
