What are you looking for in a team game partner?

The title says it all. What do you want out of a team partner? Obviously we'd all like a beautiful member of thr opposite sex who rolls nothing but 6s but other than that what are you looking for?

ahha lower ranked player who listens but who has a mind of there own, not worried to voice there opinion...

Someone who is as talkative as I am.

Someone who will understand how to fort/assist a partner.

Someone who will chat with me between turns to make sure we are on the same page.

Someone who will not miss a turn.

Someone who is not afraid to discuss strategy with me, but does not atempt to bully me into doing what they suggest.
