I am a member of the clan, the real university. I am also the leader the clan, the lions of singapura. However, i do understand how to make my posts stickies(in tlos), however, at the bottom of one post, in the real university, i found this:

Everyone has the ability to sticky threads in Clans/Usergroups. Admins can also see the hidden forums in case things get out of hand...that or if the hidden hand itself dies.

I believe the clan leader also has the ability to sticky posts. I think that is what you are refering too. Clan leaders have a few poweres. Among which the power to sticky things even if they are not the author.

And TRU is a usergroup, not a clan.
