Where is the list of map New Recruits cannot play?

Where can I find the list of the maps that New Recruits cannot play?

Are there other maps that players cannot play after they cease being a new recruit?

If the list cannot be found in a link, could the list, please, be posted here?

When does a New Recruit cease being a New Recruit and earn his/her first promotion? After how many games or ratings or opponents, etc.?

In a different post this week, he mentioned that he updated the map list. Sorry that I don't have that link, but the one you provided is from 2008, so my guess is that there is a new list. Any thoughts on where to find that everyone?
