well, let's take a look at this:

That case is with markjam and his racist remarks. He only got warned instead of banned for the racist remarks, but the mod Evil Semp just gave him a warning, ignored Woodruff's excellent point that markjam was already warned, and then the thread was locked. First, there's a warning (which was already given), then a ban. But that didn't happened, why?

Would any of you mods care to explain that?

Just for the record Woodruff's post was never seen by me, so it was never ignored. I merged two topics about the same thing. I did not read all the responses in the second thread after I read the first thread. This is the kind of thing that happens when multiple threads are made about the same thing.

And I feel that if and error is to be made it is best to be made on the side of caution.
