Quite right StephenB, it is becoming all too common to see bloody ne'er-do-wells sitting on their lazy backsides in the street begging. Personally I just hit them with my stick and tell the lazy blighters to shove off and get a job. One had the complete audacity to answer me back the other day and make as though he was going to attempt some kind of assault...he got thrashed within an inch of his miserable existence I can tell you!

However, if I see some one truly needy and perhaps starving, I tell them to see cookie and she'll give them some bread and broth made from the Sunday left overs, then send them on their way with full bellies and a more positive outlook on life.

As for begging here at cc, it's a disgrace a bloody disgrace.
