Your ban had nothing to do with that game. I explained clearly what it was for. As for the whole 48 hour. It should of been 72...as the escalating system goes warning, 24, 72 etc..not 48 in the middle. King A corrected the length of the ban and thats that. Ey im new we all make mistakes.

LV, I'm going to say this and not to challenge you or anyone else. But, I have yet to receive an "Official" FIRST warning for flaming players. My ban was simply given combining TWO quotes together that I had said against jef (jefjef) and then calculated the first quote as being my first warning/first offence. All I can say, is that there has to be some accountability on the admins/mods part. Personal feelings have to be set aside. Realization of potential conflict of interests MUST be recognized. If not, then of course there will be a voice of concern raised in any action taken, especially if a punishment is handed down. There is some validity to demonfork wondering how he was served the punishment given by a moderator who was in the same game as him. If this isn't considered a conflict of interest, then this would concern me and I'm sure many others as to what I've said before - accountability.

1/2 the mods should do stand up. If your a buddy of theirs they are extremely lenient in re of posts and what not. But if your on the hate list you can't hardly blink.

i have only recieved warnings from mods i consider friends... of course i heed the warnings, instead of taking it as a personal challenge...

Well one ban I got was for an obvious joke they twisted to be "unsanctioned gaming" and the other was for baiting by posting a threat made to me that was on my wall. Not my words.

These bans can only be considered personal.

On a side note, we are human, we are players of this very same game that you all enjoy. We do our best to make this a better place for all. And if some of you cant look at yourselves and say "yeah I probably shouldn't have said that, or did that" then you need to take a harder look in the mirror.

jefjef I considered you a friend when that accidental ban happened, I don't have many people on my foe list at all and when I warn a player for their actions its not vindictive at all, its used to correct a wrong so we can all go about having an enjoyable time on here. Everyone every once in a while will step out of line, being able to recover from a mistake is what makes you stronger.

After Timm was banned, he was notified that he should not have been banned since he didn't have a warning yet. Mind you, this message was not from the mod who banned Timm and he never was apologized to by said mod.

Your actually correct it was labeled as a note in his account but the message that was sent to him was a Warning. So it was mislabeled but the message that went through to him for that incident was a Warning not to bait.

Every other detail after that, that included a mod saying this and another not saying that I don't know. But in hindsight could his banning been handled better, probably due to that slight error. But the other 2 got Warnings for Flaming and saying you didn't is untrue.

Not that I am aware of, I was very apologetic and extremely regretful for the mistake, I tried to do everything I could to provide some kind of compensation. I still am sorry for the mistake, and you shouldn't take my comment above as if I'm not. I'm just merely stating above that I have sat by and watched the bashing for it continue.

A mistake happened, CC in a whole came out and apologized dearly for it. If something could have been done to rectify it then it would have been. And you go on to continue to play.
