Good no-spoils maps

I'm an active player of no-spoils games, however I found out that games in some maps tend to end up in looooong troops stockpiling much more often than games in some other maps.

So what are your favorite no-spoils maps?

Personally, I like these maps as stockpiling happens rarely there:
Cairns Coral Coast
NYC
WWII Europe
