Some maps are not showing up?

I have a friend who PM's me to tell me none of her maps are showing up, sans 1 or 2 of them. What are the causes of this and how can it be fixed?

I told her the usual garage, about rebooting, clearing the cache, etc. Even told her to look at the firewall. Anyhow Any other ideas?

Edited to add she can obviously see the site, yet just not the maps. I am not sure if she can see the numbers or not.

Have her go to the specific pages that aren't showing up (I.E. if it is in game, and the map isn't showing, go to that game).

Have her press Ctrl+F5 to reload the page, see if that works.

In Game 5522893 I could only see troop numbers and no grpahics...even tried to clear my cache

Map files are probably being moved around. Hopefully it is to make room for the few beta maps that haven't been uploaded yet.

Interestingly, it works fine for me with BoB enabled.
