Make it so no one can post on my wall without foeing?

How can I make it so that no one (except me (or not if I can't)) can't post on my wall without adding the person to foe list?
2508/Colonel (lol, last hiscore was 2507)
My Premium was recently taken away due to a false accusation of me and 3 friends multi since we play on the same computer at school. I am unable to continue tournaments/other obligations.
