I recently played a speed game with someone and I won. The game was civil and enjoyable so I gave them a good rating expecting the same. Later on after I notice my rating had droped a whole .2 I notice they had ratted me 1 in all feilds called me rude and had foed me. So I took the recomended course of action and pmed them but I received no reply.
I checked out their other ratings of people who had received 1 in all feilds and they were mostly people who had beaten them. To me this seems like abuse, should I report it in the "Abuse & abbuse" forum?
