Question About Someone Who Was Busted

Mesalina was busted a month ago, but just posted on my wall. Was he unbusted?

Not sure If I should put this here or in Q & A

You haven't heard of the new settings on CC. Ghosts are allowed to post on walls of member that start threads in the wrong forum..... Have you thought that maybe he bought back?
