One can draw several conclusions from this. Some might say that O&H was a little lucky with the maps that came out of random maps, while others will say that they are much better than we thought. Or did the split with TOFU, taking so many good players from Low, hurt them more than many realized? Or was it just dice?

In all likelihood it is a combination of these things. Perhaps a few games were luck. I am sure that even O&H members would admit that if they were to play a rematch that they would probably not beat LOW by such a tremendous margin.

lol, nice play on words. I hope that you didn't take offense to that nipper, I also said that you guys played very well.

I'm not saying that dice don't affect games, I'm just saying that its insulting to point it out to your opponent. I'm also saying that half the time when people say it, the game in question wasn't decided by dice, they just lost because of poor play. I've had situations where I win a few rolls and the guy complains my dice are good, while he's still up 7 or 10 armies. I'm just tired of hearing the excuses. Yes 1 game may come down to dice, but overall if your loosing, then you are doing something wrong. If you're winning, then you are doing something right.

Nobody has "good dice" or "bad dice", that's just bullshit and a dice analyzer or a well kept log will always show that. The most insulting thing you can say to someone is that they get good dice, because you are saying that they didn't earn their wins.

Only reason someone, no saying any names blitz, might say that I get good dice is that I keep attacking when others usually stop.

There most certainly ARE runs of bad dice and they have pissed me off to the point of quitting here several times. And as for the card assignment generator, is it simply the normal odds to get your own 2 absolute worst cards to get 3 times in a row with 92 territories to choose from in a nuclear game? Whine piss moan bitch.
