making game questions

I try to do map and I need some informations. so here are my questions:

the "neutral" regions could became back to neutral after player capture them, so:
1, in how much turns this happend?
2, is possible to set this?
3, could player "recruit" or "deploy" units here?

4, is possible to have "unlimited" reinforments, but reduce their move only between bordering regions?
5, is possible to have in the same game two types of units? one which coulb be deployed in every region which player holds (so player will deploy them before he enter game) and second which are "recruited" in region (player can use/move them after he entered to game)?
6, is possible to have "bonus" region only for any "Kingdom" or each player who holds bonus region have its bonus?

I´ve read them, but not everything is there (and my english is not enough good).
what you did not understand what I wrote? try it again...

o.k. my girlfrien helps me with instructions, but I have still some questions:
1, how it is with "neutral" regions? I have information that if player capture them they could turn back to neutral.
2, if it is true, how much in how much turns it happend?
3, does neutral region recruit units for player who holds it?

1) only killer neutrals turn back to neutral when captured. Normal neutrals don't do this.
2) it happens every turn, if someone is holding it.
3) no.

I have completed my map, but I need some answer to set up game style. for some of them "zimmah" answered me but I have any more. so:
1, we have any "Duchy" which is compound from three regions. each region "recruit/deploy" automaticly one unit, but when player united all "Duchy" (captured every three regions) he gain bonus manualy "recruit/deploy" units. so in game will be two types of units - manualy deplayed and automaticly deployed.
2, is possible that one region "recruit/deploy" units automaticly, but also have bonus to "recruit/deploy" units manualy? so in reality this region brings two, but different types of units.
3, is possible to add bonus for only one "faction"? example: when player holds England and capture Normandy he gain bonus, but another player who holds France and capture Normandy does not gain this bonus?
4, when each region "recruit/deploy" units automaticly is possible to set up how many units each region "recruit"?

to benga, no everybody is good at english, not everybody is skilled in coding or graphic. so if you do not want help/answer is better when you say nothing. cheers.

1, what set up is favourite for players - the game where are different targets for winning or simply games where everybody must capture all map/or all have the same target?

2, are here "hardcode" players which like more complicated and long games?

1) There are very few maps that have Objectives, and most times, players just go for the kills

2) I believe there are very few players that like long and complicated games

was here anytime idea/question to make hardcore "division"? I believe that some players would like most developed and strategic games. maybe?

I have special regions in which are automaticly deployed troops.
1, if I set some of these special regions as neutral from start, will these neutral regions also automaticly deployed troops every turn?
2, if it will be so, is possible to code that these neutral regions will not automaticly deploy units, so they only deploy troops if any player hold them?
