Are you able to have two truces ( two different truces with two different teams at the same time) in the same game, I have not seen a rule that says you can't.

As long as they are both announced in game chat, then sure.

You can virtually do whatever you want in the game as far as diplomacy.... you can reveal a location, make 6 truces, etc, etc...

you just cant do it anywhere else other than the game chat...and you cant join the game with the intention of doing it with say a friend
