city mogul dubs

Anyone have a strategy for city mogul 2v2 dubs ?, i have drawn it in a random game and have not got a clue :?

make the other team break more eutrals than you and when they are weak you kill the one that goes after you = duble turn your team-mate kills the otherone?

im no city-slicker but sounds like it might work ;)
